International Round Table «Sustainable consumption in restaurant industry» is an annual event dedicated to global problems and challenges faced by modern restaurant business. It brings together experts from around the world to discuss issues related to overconsumption and excessive production, to share international experience and to stimulate sustainable production and service practices.

The event is organized by the Department of Technology of Restaurant and Ayurvedic Products of National University of Food Technologies, Kyiv, Ukraine, jointly with Lankaran State University of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Sri Konda Laxman Telangana State Horticultural University, Telangana, India.
